Contacts message tone does not operate on a specific contact number

How can I rectify as keep missing messages from this specific number

Hi @Styx57, are you still having issues with this? Can you go in to Messages app > Select the message from the contact > 3 Dots on top right > Ensure that the little bell icon on the bottom right is toggled on. Also, in Notification sound, ensure that it's not set to silent.
