I am so annoyed after paying 2 grand for the note 20 ultra phone . feels like ***** after it doesnt meet the purpose. the phone picks up rattling noise and the receiver on the other end hears noise as I do. unable to figure out what is the problem with a 30 day old phone . can samsung please look into this as i could read along the posts by different users . So disappointed. Found many people facing similar problem in another forum. Please pick this issue Samsung and provide an immediate fix for this via an update. This is really sad. was a samsung customer from Samsung note 4 series. but not anymore.. your service is poor. I want a refund ....
Its not about the price ... now here in AUS its 1899 + other accessories... any idea how to fix this .... I am going to try and contact customer service and ask for replacement
