Note 20 Ultra fingerprint

Bloody fingerprint scanner has stopped working on my note 20 ultra, done a hard and soft reset and nothing has worked. Been going on since the last update. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix it?

You can go to get help at the bottom of the members page. Do a diagnostics check on fingerprint scanner.

Thanks but unfortunately because I did a factory reset (as advised by samsung) and the reader still isn't working, there isn't one set so I can't run diagnostics. This is really annoying 🙄

Have you considered the screen protector of the phone. I've heard some screen protectors cannot register the fingerprint accurately.
