Contacts in recent not show picture

Hello, I've moved from Note 8 to Note 20 Ultra, I faced an issue with the recent calls that it not showing the Avatar or the picture of the contact. 

any information how to solve it ?

P.S: I've turned on Profile Picture Sharing but still not working

Hi @Nasser3, if your contacts aren't stored on your device storage, they will not display a picture. Please check where your contacts are stored by going into the Contacts app > 3 lines in the top left-hand corner > Select the first option to go through your available locations to see where the contacts are. If you'd like to move them to your Phone, you can do this under Manage contacts.

Hello, AsadM, all my contacts are on Phone, nothing on the Sim or other accounts
