Used To Be Able To Set Notifications To Badges Only

Before I upgraded from my Note 9 to the Note 10+, I used to be able to set notifications for any apps I wanted to badges on the app only.

Not sure if it's the phone, or it was lost through Android updates, but no matter how I set it, I still get the notification in the pull down panel too.

Very minor thing, I know.

But it annoys me.

LONG PRESS APP see info in app then notifications the turn all off but badges.

Yeah, those notification settings.

I've tried everything in there though, but appreciate you trying to help.

The issue is even if you set a notification to silent or silent and minimized, it will always appear in your pull down menu.

And if you turn notifications off, that turns badges of with it.

A silent and badge only option would be awesome for keeping notifications out of the pull down menu.

I have exactly the same issue.

I want badges and no notification at all.

But I'm not able to find a solution ...
