Syncinng photos and videos across devices signed into same Samsung Cloud account

Hi All , I've a Note  10 plus 5G & Tab S6 ,both signed into same Cloud account and all settings turned on but not all photos and videos are showing up on both devices , some taken on Tab S6 not showing in gallery of Note 10 & vice versa . Both are on auto sync , what am I doing wrong ? Never had this issue on Xs max & iPad Pro , is it the case that Samsung aren't as good as Apple ? Also Note 10 is on Android 10 One UI 2.0 whereas Tab S6 is still, on Android 9 One UI  1.5 , would this be the issue ?

Plenty of time on my hands to go through solutions at present....

That's certainly a conundrum @Easty 

You can see the phone and Galaxy Tab I'm using from my signature below.

Both are connected via the Samsung Cloud account too and when I take a photo it uploads to both.

I'd certainly re check all the relevant settings in both.

As a side note I also auto update my taken photos to Dropbox as a failsafe measure.
