Wow you all seem so knowledgeable you make me feel a bit stupid. I can't get my phone to sync and it's driving me mad
What are you trying to sync.
If you pull down your notification shade from the top is the sync button toggled On.
Also in Settings - Accounts and Back Up - Accounts - Scroll to the bottom and make sure Auto Sync is toggled On.
A person can also go into Back up and Restore and manually back up to Samsung Cloud there.
