Scrolling screenshot not working properly

When using the scrolling screenshot feature, the toolbar is visible in the finished screenshot.

If I turn off the toolbar, I can't use the scrolling feature. 

It worked fine up till last night.

Anyone had the same problem and more importantly know how to solve it?
