Samsung note 10 speakers

Hello,I have a note 10,when I call some one,after a while ,sounds like the person is mumbling when talking,which I then find it hard to understand in what they are saying,which is now starting to get annoying,especially when it's important,and I have to keep saying,sorry I cannot understand what you are saying,can anyone help me in this situation please.

If not try cleaning you ear pieces with alcohol swap, not the best but better

What is causing it ,when people sound muffled ,I did do a diagnostic on the phone,but can't remember how I done it lol,but thankyou anyway.x

I always had that complaint with mine , its just the way the speaker is on some of them unfortunately.
I used to use loud speaker or headphones , really good for music on loudspeaker though
