Note10+ 5G internet connectivity problem

Hi there
I have been having internet connectivity problems for the past few months on my Galaxy Note 10 plus 5G. Calls and SMS seems fine.
Internet speeds outdoor seems fine buy soon as you get indoors internet strength and speeds goes straight down. 
I use Vodafone pay monthly SIM card I have recently swapped it with a new one. 
I did reset network settings, chose network manually but nothing helps. 
I have read some people having this issue on the internet but no one has an answer. 

If you are having problems as well please post here so maybe samsung can have a look into the problem.

Hi @Dagdervis 

The issue could be with your local and surrounding Vodafone masts.

Weather conditions,  trees,  buildings,  population growth and mast congestion can affect your user experience.

Take a look at your Vodafone status-checker. 

So may I ask does this happen everywhere you go or in a particular area  ?

Your phone has a built-in diagnostic tool via your Samsung Members App under the GetHelp Section.

In your phone's Settings, Connections,  Mobile Network's, Network Mode choose 4G, 3G,2G Auto Connect to see if this helps.

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look at your phone too.
