Hi 
i have been getting moisture message whenever I put my phone on charge with cable/plug.  It has been 4 days now. I have taken all steps but not resolved so the only thing left is factory resetting. 
Does any know if I do factory reset my phone, will it resolve the issue? Really don't want to factory reset my phone. Thank you.

hi did you accidentally get the USB c port wet as that will cause the moisture message to come up on your phone, and the answer to your second question is no a factory reset will not resolve your issue as you will have to send it to Samsung for repair hope this helps you.

If this is a glitch then the moisture message should go after 20 seconds or so @KR1 

 

Perhaps try a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for support.
