if the phone was freshly ordered, discuss the exchange policy with the phone seller
else, contact Samsung Support to arrange a repair option to have the phone inspected by the engineers

This would cerainly be the answer for all these kind of questions. Visiting a walk in centre where possible is deffinalty whats required. They will be able to listen to your points and inspect inside and out where required. check on samsung.com/support for more info about whats available in your local area.
