Flickering internet web address bar

Why does my S10+note Samsung internet web address bar flicker so much that a page cannot load.?

Have you tried a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.

Also clear the cache and data in the Internet browser @TW72

Thank you. I have done all of that. Including uninstalling and re-installing.  Even now while loading this page, it still happens. It is almost different websites fighting to load on the same page at the same time. It is so annoying considering the price of the phone.

Next step is to make sure there are no updates in your my apps in the Playstore.

Next step is out the phone in Safe Mode which disables downloaded apps and leaves the stock apps working and then see what happens.

If still no luck then send a bug report via your Samsung Members App.
