Between s10 and note10 the teleobjetive is different (f/2.1) vs (f/2.4). Better effect capacity and video bokeh in video too.
Also The camera system on the rear of the Note 10 is arranged vertically in the top left corner too, while the S10 models have a horizontally aligned rear camera system in the centre at the top.
As you can see Note 10+ has an extra sensor for 3D Deph.
I can't tell you about pictures or the software since I haven't tried it personally to compare results or if there are substantial differences. Then you have there info request and I wait you use your new phone happyly

The Note 10 an d S10+ phones have triple-rear camera systems, 16-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, a 12-megapixel wide lens, and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens. Each phone also has a 10-megapixel front-facing camera.
Note 10+ has an extra sensor for depth and 3D:thumbs-up-sign-emoji-modifier-fitzpatrick-type:

I spot one difference:
The Note10 has Auto Focus.
The S10 has a Fixed Focus.
Focus control on the ultra wide is so much fun! Which I am missing on the S10.
Though the fixed focus already kicks in sharp after 20cm.
So no problem for your everyday use.

I'm pretty sure the Note 10 does not have auto focus for the ultra wide camera, even though I do get that circle on the screen when I tap to focus.
