Calendar Issues

Hi,

New Note 10 Plus.

Have added my work exchange email account.

1. wont sync all previous calendar events, only goes back 14-days. No sync option in settings.

2. trying to delete this account from calendar, and no option in setting for this either.

Version 11.6.01.4000

Any ideas?

Where in settings are you looking for sync option?

Hi,

Well that was interesting. Checked against my Note 8 and found the calendar syncing side of things resides with Samsung Mail (SM).

Noticed when searching Note10+ it didn't come with it, so installed it and setup with work email. Set the Calendar option within SM to Sync All, back in calendar I now have all my past event showing.

Now that I have that working I don't need to delete the work account from calendar.
