Hello! there was a problem, after buying a phone, I came home and started setting up the system (phone), set everything up, decided to register a fingerprint, but an error was displayed. "A fingerprint sensor error has occurred. If this message appears frequently, please restart your device" Help solve the problem!

Hi there, go to the main page of Samsung Members and select 'Get help' at the bottom of screen. Then select 'Interactive checks'. Then do a fingerprint test and see what the results say.
