I have purchased a Galaxy note 20 ultra 512 from Greece on 17th of August 2020 (yes 3 days earlier from the official released date in Greece), registered in to my Samsung profile to get the gifts (earbuds).
This August on the 22nd the screen went off while the phone is still on.
Came to Poland where I live to fix it under warranty and the shop refused to repair it because I do not have the warranty card from the box stamped and signed by the retail shop (!!!), although I gave them the receipt.
From Samsung Greece I was told that the warranty card is not required.

Is this normal? What should I do to fix my device?

Your going to have to check the fine print of the 2 Year Limited Manufacturing Warranty @Tavernarakis

I live in the UK  and imported a Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G from Hong Kong , as I wanted the Snapdragon Soc version however in doing this Samsung UK won't support my phone under the Limited 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty as I'm using a phone not released to be used in the UK.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
