Try Smart Switch if you have a laptop. Slower, but phone not updated

I updated to the latest system update using Smart Switch on my PC instead.

If you would like to try updating via Smart Switch then please download the relevant version via the link below (under 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac'), open Smart Switch, connect your Note 10 and look for an update prompt on the Home screen, next to your device details.
