Toolbar on Note 20

I have a Note 20 4g and I want to use it as a Toolbar for the S8 Plus. When I try to access Toolbar, it says I need to update Samsung Notes on Both Devices. Both Devices are Up to date on Software and The App. Any way to solve this?
