Note 20 can't download Smartthings

Hi,

I've got a Galaxy Note 20, on Android version 10.

I've been into the play store to download 'Smartthings' (as I wanted to connect some Galaxy Smart Tag 2s) and it says it won't work with my device. And on the Samsung store it doesn't even appear. 

I'd thought you only needed to be on Android 8, and on a Samsung device to be able to download and use Smartthings? 

Has anyone else had a similar issue, or knows of a way to connect to the smart tags when you can't download/use smartthings?

Little update. The note 20 should be on android 13. Your phone seems to be years behind on updates. By any chance was your phone obtained outside of the country or imported from another country? As again, the note 20 should be on android 13. The bigger issue here is your phone's update system not working

I've tried the two links, and they've come back with error messages - attached screenshots for reference.

I bought the phone in the UK, from Affordable Mobiles. So as far as I'm aware it's a fully UK version. And it hasn't been jail broken or anything like that. So I'm at a bit of a loss at to why it's so far behind at present.
