I have a Note 10 plus since December and I only charged the phone between 20-85 (I never let it reach under 20 or over 90 and I used the original charger + I didn't use the phone while it was charging) and I installed some applications that tell you how much helth the phone still has (as samsung doesn't let you see this in the settings) and it tells me I still have 91% and I don't understand why ... I also have a friend with 10 plus notes who has an activity similar to mine only he charges it up to 100% and uses it up to 5%, in you he almost always loaded it in a dock and keeps the battery much longer than you hold me.
(Me and my friend we have both Note 10 plus Exynos)
