This can sometimes happen after an update @Kermitude which usually settles after a short time.
Check your apps are updated via the Playstore.
Put your phone in Safe Mode which disables any downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones Live and then see what happens.
If it does not then perhaps try these in order.
1. Turn your phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into your phones system files and clear the cache. No info is lost this way.
2. Back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset.
3. Seek support from a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre.

So does mine. It was poor before the update, but now it is a nightmare.
