Does your phone charge Ok with a different Samsung charger @EmmanuelNwofe ?
Check inside the phone's port by using a torch to see if there has been a build up of debris etc if another charger won't charge the phone.
In the UK a charger is covered for 12 months.
A phone in the Uk is covered by a Manufacturer Warranty for 24 months.
You would need to check the Warranty Information for the Region you live.
