Mobile data not working at all, on my brand new Note 10 Plus

Hey everyone,


So I just bought a brand new Samsung note 10 plus in The Netherlands (I have a dutch SIM card Vodafone NL). However I activated it and set it up recently here in Italy (I study in Italy). Everything went fine and everything works fine, except for the mobile data. Everything is turned on (mobile data, roaming, every possible think), but the mobile data doesn’t work at all. Like I do have the signal Bar on top with the R on it, but no sign of mobile data at all. I legit tried every possible solutions that I found online, from resetting to clearing cache to change apn settings, but nothing legit works… It is not a sim issue I since on my previous phone, which is an iPhone, Mobile data works without any issues. 

I really need help guys, I really don’t know what to do anymore, I really hope I can find a solution to this horrible situation.

Not sure, if these will help but put the phone in flight mode, wait for a minute or so and turn it off. Restart your phone once, now that you have switched networks. Observe it for a couple of days if the connection improves, if not, the best option is to use a local sim.

I am trying to select a network provider (because my mobile data is better with that one) however after selecting it and maybe using it for like 30 min, my phone completely looses connection to it and basically leaves me with no network provider at all. I have to restart my phone and then re select it again 😞
What can I do to just make my phone stick to that network provider without always selecting it?

Please reset your netwerk settings. This should help.

Thank you for reaching out! Is your phone up-2-date? Do you also experience this when you have started your phone in Safe Mode? With the Safe Mode you start the device without installed third-party apps, the device then only boots with standard applications. I am trying to stay on a selected operator (since somehow my mobile data doesn't work on any other) however every 10 to 20 minutes it just looses the connectivity and puts me on emergency call only. Somehow the past days i managed to stay on that operator without any issues, now it always gets disconnected. Please help me !!!

In general, selecting a different network other than your home network is possible when you are outside of your home network (roaming).  Any reason for not letting the phone select the network automatically?

So i have a dutch sim card (Vodafone NL) and i am studying in Italy. For some reason with this Samsung phone whenever I go on Vodafone IT i do not have any mobile data at all, like the logo doesn't even appear. Somehow Tim IT allows me to have mobile data without any issues, but on the other hand it gets disconnected pretty often
