How to disable PIN requested to turn phone off and on

This is driving me mad - I know it's a simply thing in settings but I can't remember where it is. I don't want to have to keep entering PIN every time I want to turn phone off. Can anyone point me to where the setting is, please. Thanks.

There is no option to do that. The only option that can be disabled is having to type your pin to turn wifi or bluetooth off when the device is locked.
