This IU7 update has made things worse.

The unresponsive has gotten worse and I'm absolutely livid that I have to buy a new phone. 

Apps work and everything else works but when on lockscreen it fails to recognise senses and I'm having to press button constantly. 

On Monday I'm going to call Citizens Advice and ask about how to go about compensation as phone works perfectly well but when lockscreen it's a Russian Roulette of if the screen will recognise senses.

I find it absolutely shocking that Samsung have yet to respond to me, and from my recent posts I'm not only one having these issues.

Samsung really ought to fix this 

And now I'm gonna be worried about any future updates from now on, now I'm gonna go look for 2nd phone

I thought it was only me! I've had to buy a new phone since I updated the new software. It keeps freezing it's absolutely ridiculous!!!

It isn't only you, when it first happened I was outraged and made few not nice messages on here, thankfully few tried to help but unfortunately unsuccessful.

Phone works completely fine but lockscreen it is unresponsive most of the time and it's just like I've had enough

How's long ago since you raised it with Samsung Customer Services and when did they say they would email you

One day I made first post, someone suggested diagnostics (only a few I didn't do such as charger and headset) but everything else passed - including the small squares from grey to blue every single one turned blue without any issues.

I then sent feedback and feedback said thanks someone from Samsung will get back to you.

That was end of September

I have now sent 8 error messages about the swipe to ooen not working, I was told they can't find any problem? I went on Samsung X (twitter) and they nade various suggestions, nothing has worked. Phone can work fine for 2/3 hrs, then you have to keep re-starting. No service centre near me to go to. Cd have it sent away, but that cd be 7 days without a phone. It's really not good enough from such a huge company.

Argh ok that's unlikely to happen given the betas and how many pieces of feedback they get.

You need to call Samsung Customer Services but get ready for them to say your device is out of warranty and it would be a chargeable repair.

Which device are you using as this is a note series forum, which as far as I'm aware none of those devices have any official OneUI 7 update.
