Anyone else having issues with the email app. I am not receiving replies and emails. Apparently there's quite a lot in the same boat. What's Samsung doing to resolve this mess? Anyone know a work around? I have 5 email addresses running through this app.

Which app do you use? I run 11 emails on the Samsung email app and no issues... check all your email server settings?

Check your email sync settings for each email address you added.

It's worked fine for 3 years, suddenly its stopped syncing since the last update. Its the one that comes preloaded.

Then I would remove and re add your emails again to make sure the settings are all correct... if not then call samsung customer services who will connect to your phone and try and sort it

Hi can anyone help me I've just got new phone Samsung switched everything over from old phone! The only problem I have is sending a email it's doctors for repet prescriptions got right email but comes back delivery unsuccessful? Is it something I've to do on phone! Tia

I think I put wrong password in for email. Now it is not sending or receiving. I can't see how to log back on and use password. Help!
