Hi
I used Samsung account/cloud to back up my Note 9. Unfortunately I had to get it replaced after screen damage. When new phone prompted me to restore my previous phone data, I created another account with another email in error. I was not looking what exactly it was asking/prompting me for!
In short my new Note 9 has one account registered while my data I need to back up is in other account. I tried changing accounts but did not find a link/way to do it.
Help me please. Appreciate in advance

You could factory reset the phone and then set it back up @Members_mxGWdpB

So, remove the incorrect account and replace it with the correct one.
