I added card and it took $1 and already 10 days did not get refund.

Probably best to speak with your Banks Customer services in regards to this @LP3

Bank cant do nothing. they told ne to ask samsung. there is no 1$ problem. its just samsung issue when they are not refunding like that.

Ok then you'll need to find the customer services department number or email for your region.

The Team here can't help unfortunately @LP3 

It all depends how much time and effort you wish to put in on getting $1 back.
