Call waiting tones on parked calls when there isn't actually a call waiting.

So i just bought a second hand note 20 the other day and noticed today that whenever the person i'm on the phone with parks the call i start hearing the call waiting beeps when there isn't a call waiting. It will keep beeping until i either end the call or the other person unpark.

It also never happens when i park the call.

The phone have all the system updates.

I tried googling this but the two links i found that had this same issue was for a different brand and didn't provide a solution or cause.

I have tried disabling notification/alarm sound during calls and when calls are connected/ended with no success.

Would really appreciate any help i can get as this is quite annoying.

That's just the noise it makes when you're on hold.

Wait, the phone is intended to make that infuriating beep-beep every 1.5 seconds when i'm parked in a phone call? Ok and i can turn this off where?

That noise your hearing is when the other caller **bleep** you on hold and you'll beeb beeb etc utill the caller ends the call or you hang up.

Why? The noise comes from the carrier for whomever put you in hold, similar to companies that play music when you are waiting so you know you haven't been cut off. Try it in a landline.
