android notification bar on lock screen

I would like to disable the notification bar on the lock screen. For example, as in the Xioami MIUI environment.

Are you wanting to disable the Notification Bar completely or just hide the Notifications themselves?

I want to disable the Notification Bar completely on lock screen. Its a good feature that many ONEUI users would welcome.
