A 9ft 10ins tall , wind-powered musical sculpture made of galvanized steel pipes, located high above the English town of Burnley in Lancashire. The pipes swirl around to form the shape of a tree blown and bent over by the wind. The pipes produce an eerie sound/hum as the constant wind blows through them.

It can be quite eerie at times. Then it can sound like children in a playground. Then it can sound like a choir singing in the distance. All those different sounds within 10 seconds! There's also a possibility of no sound of course, if the wind has died down.
