You don't need a wifi password if you don't have access to wifi. Your mobile phone provider is where you get your internet from.

It seems like you're using mobile tethering instead of a traditional WiFi tenda login ip router. To find the WiFi password on your Samsung A15 5G, go to Settings > Connections Mobile Hotspot and Tethering  Mobile Hotspot, and you'll find the password there. If you're not using a WiFi router and only relying on mobile data, the password will be for your mobile hotspot feature.
