WiFi network not found

My Internet went down on my router but is now up and running yet my phone can no longer find the WiFi network.  All my other devices have connected but my phone doesn't see it anymore.  It can find the whole neighbourhoods WiFi but not my own.  I've done a factory reset on the router, restarted my phone and still not finding it.   Any ideas please?

Try resetting your network settings

It might work again if you tap on "Forget network" to disconnect from your router. Then turn Wi-Fi off for a few seconds. Then try reconnecting to your Wi-Fi by tapping in your password again.

It may be slightly different on your phone, but go to settings/general management/reset and its in there.
