White window showing on the upper left corner of Samsung Galaxy Tab A (10.1).

This is really ridiculous. I cannot get rid of a white window showing up at the upper left corner of my screen. The window contains the time and date. It also contains various icons to various tablet functions. The window is of various height sizes. I cannot get rid of it. It comes back all the time. It disappears when I turn the tablet off and then reappears pretty fast.

Sounds like an accessibility menu, check in the settings to see if you have anything activated under accessibility.
