Try going settings
Apps
Playstore
Storage
And delete
Cache
Restart phone
And try installing
Whatsapp

If still an issue
Check storage space on phone

I,ive tried all that and it still just tells me to put my name in,i do that and it goes initializing and says unable to connect?
