Weird Icon

I have an A35 and a weird action icon has appeared and I cannot get rid of it. It seems to be able to open my phone without going through security. It is that round icon in the middle above Firefox. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

"Has appeared" lol

You must have turned on > Accessibility > ... > Assitant Menu by accident, just turn it off.
