Voice to text disappeared from all apps

The microphone symbol has gone, I went into settings and it is on but I can no longer speak what I want to be texted.

Have also tried re-booting, the Samsung chat bot is also no help.

Any ideas?

This worked for me.  Settings->General Management->Keyboard list and default->CHECK 'Keyboard button on navigation bar'.  Once this is toggled, you get your speech to text back.
