So for a good while now, only when my girlfriend is trying to send a voice message through any means, the audio simply isn't recorded. What I receive on the other end of the line, and what she hears when she hits the playback button is a sort of staticcy staccato sound.
It's important to note that she's perfectly audible when sending or receiving calls, as well as when recording and sending video messages, which means the microphone is working fine.
App permissions for microphone use are allowed for every app she's tried, and we've also tried clearing the Cache Storage and even Uninstalling and Reinstalling the apps to no avail.
What's worse, I can't seem to find anyone at all that has the same problem. Does anyone have anything on this issue at all?
