Is anyone having problems with notifications not coming through when the credit needs Topping up or emergency credit needs activating I've contacted utilita they said uninstall and reinstall the app which I've done
And didn't work, the app use to send notifications be June update my credit has ran out 3 times now and it's so annoying
Ps I've done all the regular stuff nothing was changed in settings, battery no deep sleep mode app is allowed to run in background data is on I've cleared cache
