Grey notification when opening phone

A grey notification keeps popping up everytime I open my phone I am not getting chance to read it but I think it has something to do with my phone and how it's unable to update although the recent update was on the 21st July and it's security patch level is 1st July.

I've been told there's no more updates for the A35 5G and it may be because the updates are for higher versions and that my phone is only getting security updates every 2/3 months or something like that. 

But anyway! Please let me know if any of you are getting the same notification and I'm not the only one.

Hi perhaps if you could add a screenshot of the notification, someone may be able to give some info.
As far as I believe the A35 should receive major updates until 2028 and security patches until 2029. I have an A36 as a spare phone and it also only receives updates about every 3 months.

You're probably on the latest version. A35 is still supported, and you got another 4 years left before supports discontinues. July 2025 should be the latest update.

Ok. If it does come up again. Then, wipe the phones cache partition. You can find it here on how to do it.

Check your notifications in settings. 

Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings > Notification history

It shows all of the recent notifications your phone has received, you should be able to read it in there.
