Touch screen doesn't work?

Okay so now all summer i have a,annoying issue where out of nowhere my touch screen no longer works i can only pull down to the quick menu app but cant click anything not even to turn off the phone so i have to shut it down woth the buttons but this is a extremely annoying issue. What is going on here ?

It is! It shouldn't be a issue. Its probably from the recent updates for the system that something went wrong

Yea, it started after the samsung update where all the symbols etc changed

Yeah. I had it a little before because i updated late but the moment the update was available the issue started already. I hope Samsung will fix this asap because a bug like this isn't okay

Hallo @nixynight,

Thank you for your message about this. Have you also tried clearing the cache via the Recovery menu? If not, turn off your device and connect it to your computer. Then hold down the Volume Up and Power buttons until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds, the Recovery menu will launch. Select "Wipe cache partition" and then "Reboot system now." Feel free to let us know if this helped.

How do i find the revovery menu in the phone without a computer?

Soms werkt het door het verbinden aan de oplader. Lukt het om het zo te proberen?

Have never seen anything when charging. What are you talking about exactly

Can you please fix the bug. Its something Samsung put into the phones as i am not alone in this issue. Please fix it
