Touch screen doesn't work?

Okay so now all summer i have a,annoying issue where out of nowhere my touch screen no longer works i can only pull down to the quick menu app but cant click anything not even to turn off the phone so i have to shut it down woth the buttons but this is a extremely annoying issue. What is going on here ?

I just put a feedback to this problem it is with some of us including me also my phone turned off twice without a warning 🙏

We aren't sure but I hope it will be fixed soon rather then later

At the point after the update my phone is keep doing stuff that is shouldn't have doing like turning off without even press the on/off button that happened in 2 days In a row

Well they told me to send a second feedback with the screenshot of it now hopefully that it will be fast
