System update problem

Hi, I received a system update on my A12 last week and since then when I make a call the receiver cannot hear me although I can hear them. The microphone is working as I recorded a video and that had sound on it. Any ideas please as is it driving me mad

Well You can try those methods

1. Check for Newer updates
2. Take out the sim and put it again or turn on airplane mode for at least 10 seconds
3. Try Resetting Network settings on the settings
4. Restart your phone
5. Try To contact your cellular provider to know what's the issue
6. Try contacting samsung for this issue
7. Reset the phone back to factory reset

Try one of those I hope that helps

I've got the same problem don't know how to fix this

No I didn't either they told me it was my microphone but I'm convinced it was the update. I'm afraid I took the easy option as I was ready for an upgrade I got a new phone and contract which actually saved me money. Sorry can't be more help.

Definitely the upgrade phone was working fine before this I tried it again lastnight if I click on microphone people can hear me
