Hi, this won't be a Samsung issue, as Samsung doesn't have any control over your email account. It will be something to do with AOL itself. I've been using Gmail since it came out and never had issues.
A quick Google search suggests trying this:
1. Utilize AOL's Spam Filters and Reporting Tools:
Mark as spam:
When you receive a spam email, mark it as spam within AOL Mail. This helps AOL's spam filters learn to recognize and filter out similar messages in the future.
Report abuse:
If the spam is particularly egregious or involves phishing attempts, report it to AOL.
Check the spam folder:
Regularly check your spam folder to ensure legitimate emails aren't being incorrectly filtered.
