I seem to have all of a sudden stopped receiving sound when notifications such as text messages coming through. Do not disturb Is off I've restarted phone I've been into notifications n selected on of the tones and they arent playing either. Ideas please!?!
Hi, When on the samsung members page The homepage Click on the button Get Help At the bottom of the page Then click on interactive Then click on speaker To run a test And see if it helps
yeh just this minute tried it n I think I've sorted it. I ran the test n speaker error. so what I did was try spotify n amazon music n they weren't playing in the end I had to turn off bluetooth and now Its working
