Sound quality and effects

Hi I have gone in to above and set hearing fir over 60 s it's not loud enough gone back to change but not allowing me to changed any ideas please and I don't know how to add screen shot it's just dark not highlited

Try turning the device on and off-

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap on Sounds and Vibration.
3. Tap on Sound Quality and Effects.
If the options are still grayed out, try the following steps to reset the sound settings:
1. Open Settings.
2. Go to General Management.
3. Tap Reset.
4. Select Reset All Settings (this will reset all system settings, including sound settings, to default).

If you want better audio for dialogue, go to Settings > Sound Quality and Effects > Boost Dialogue.

Go to Settings > Sounds and Vibrations > Volume to adjust.

Can you alaborate more on your problem? Quote the text which is greyed out. Also look at attached image is how you add screenshot

It says you can choose for better hearing by age go in to sound effects but it's grayed out I did chose for over 60. But read the 30 yes option would be better but won't allow me to change it thanks for Yr help 😊

Please note that it's grayed out because your A05 doesn't support it. The A05 doesn't have stereo speakers. The only way to turn this setting on would be when connected to a different device, like speakers.
