When is the a71 update coming out in UK its says it mentions to be coming out in April we on 18th April today and it still not out Its stupid why not bring it out all in one go

I've got an a51 and had mine a few days ago. I was looking forward to the new update but theres quite a few bugs and I'm disappointed 😞

They will probably do a bug fix so problems and I just looked and a71 is skipping ui one 4.0 it going to ui one 4.1

Yes apparently only a  few countries got  the One ui 4.0 on the A71, one ui 4.1 though will be rolling out worldwide though in due course.  https://www.xda-developers.com/samsung-galaxy-a32-5g-a71-4g-one-ui-4-1-android-12/ 

Not all devices receive the updates at the same time (non branded unlocked Devices tend to be first in line) if think too long a delay an option to try Smart Switch https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-software-using-smart-switch/

The software for android 12 for a71 is out but in different regions it should be out worldwide by this month

Same here on my A53 5G sim free, factory unlocked. Still on March security patch!!. Im also in UK. Shocking this.

I traded my Pixel 4a 5G for the A53 5G, thought it had monthly updates like the pixel has.what a mistake i made.😭

Tbh the phone you got only just been released so you might not get updates straight away but your phone will get monthly updates soon and probably get the newer one ui updates before other devices gets it just see how it goes for a few months

The phone freezes sometimes, lags alot, battery life terrible. I'm charging it everyday. Got 5G, bluetooth off etc. Had the phone since 1st April. Dont know if ive got a dodgy phone. Been in touch with Amazon who i bought it from, they won't help.
