OK here goes, been to Tesco Mobile as my volume has stopped working as my phone thinks it's connecting to air buds, I do not or never had these, have tried factory reset, switch on and off, no Bluetooth connected or history for these, I am told by Tesco it's a software glitch and common with the galaxy A25S however if you pay you outstanding contract balance we can give you a new phone, must be someone out there who can help please

So no sound without earphones? If yes then probably hardware is gone. Try diagnostics via Samsung members app
