I have register mine and my husbands phone on my Samsung account, but when I look at smartthings Find, they don't show, what else do I need to do

You just need to enable Find My Mobile on your phone, head to Settings > Samsung account profile > Find My Mobile. (It shows the steps towards the bottom of the link above).
